By accessing or using AgenticSMB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgenticSMB provides AI-powered business automation services, including:

AI assistants that communicate with your customers
Calendar and appointment management
Email automation and management
Integration with messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your business

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with the Service's operation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

5. Google Integration

When you connect your Google account:

You authorize AgenticSMB to access your Google Calendar, Gmail, and Drive as specified
You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
We will use this access only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy

6. AI Assistant Behavior

You understand that:

The AI assistant acts on your behalf based on your instructions and training
You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the AI's behavior
The AI may occasionally make errors or provide incorrect information
You should monitor important communications and appointments

7. Payment and Billing

If applicable:

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
You can cancel at any time; no refunds for partial periods

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AgenticSMB and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgenticSMB from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
